ENGLISH PRAYERS

  Prayer M1 The Lords Prayer
  Prayer M2: Safely Home
  Prayer M3: Twenty-Third Psalm
  Prayer M4: Eternal Light
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen.
I am home in heaven, dear ones; oh, so happy and so bright! There is a perfect joy and beauty in the everlasting light. All the pain and grief is over, every restless tossing passed; I am now at peace forever, safely home in heaven at last. There is work still waiting for you, so you must not idly stand, do it now, while life remaineth you shall rest in Gods own land. When that work is all completed, He will gently call you home; oh, the rapture of that meeting oh, the joy to see you come!
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures; He leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul; He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his names sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for Thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: Thou anointest my head with oil, my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
Those we love must someday pass beyond our present sight... Must leave us and the world we know without their radiant light. But we know that like a candle their lovely light will surely shine to brighten up another place more perfect... more divine. And in the realm of Heaven where they shine so warm and bright. Our loved ones live forevermore in Gods eternal light.
  Prayer M5: Hail Mary
Prayer M6: When I Must Leave You
Prayer M7: I Only Wanted You
  Prayer M8: Broken Chain
Hail Mary, full of grace, our Lord is with thee, blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, mother of God, pray for us sinners, now, and in the hour of our death. Amen.
When I must leave you for a little while please do not grieve and shed wild tears and hug your sorrow to you through the years but start out bravely with a gallant smile; and for my sake and in my name live on and do all things the same, feed not your loneliness on empty days, but fill each waking hour in useful ways, reach out your hand in comfort and in cheer and I in turn will comfort you and hold you near; and never, never be afraid to die, for I am waiting for you in the sky!
They say memories are golden, well maybe that is true. I never wanted memories, I only wanted you. A million times I needed you, a million times I cried. If love alone could have saved you, you never would have died. If tears could build a stairway, and heartache make a lane, I'd walk the path to heaven, and bring you back again.
Little knew that morning that God was going to call your name. In life we loved you dearly, in death we do the same. It broke our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone; for part of us went with you the day God called you home. You left us peaceful memories, your love is still our guide, and though we cannot see you, you are always by our side. Our family chain is broken and nothing seems the same, but as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again.
  Prayer M9: I'm Free
  Prayer M10: Afterglow
  Prayer M11: Do Not Stand
  Prayer M12: God The Giver
Don't grieve for me, for now I'm free; I took His hand when I heard him call; I turned my back and left it all. If my parting has left a void; then fill it with remembered joy. My lifes been full, I savored much; good friends, good times, a loved ones touch. A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss; ah yes, these things, I too, will miss. Perhaps my time seemed all too brief; don't lengthen it now with undue grief. Lift up your hearts and share with me; God wanted me now, He set me free.
I'd like the memory of me, to be a happy one, I'd like to leave an afterglow of smiles, when life is done. I'd like to leave an echo, whispering softly down the ways, Of happy times and laughing times, and bright and sunny days. I'd like the tears, of those who grieve, to dry before the sun, of happy memories that I leave When life is done.
Do not stand at my grave and weep, I am not there, I do not sleep, I am a thousand winds that blow, I am the diamond's gift of snow. I am the sunlight on ripened grain, I am the autumn's gentle rain, When you awaken in the morning's hush, I am the swift uplifting rush. Of quiet birds in circled flight, I am the soft stars that shine at night, Do not stand at my grave and cry, I am not there, I did not die.
Blessed are they that mourn, for they shall be comforted
- St. Matthew, Verse 5
O God, the giver of pardon, and lover of human salvation, have mercy on your servant, who has departed from this world. May the intercession, of the Blessed Mary ever Virgin, and all your Saints, assist this soul in attaining eternal happiness. May the souls of all the faithful departed, through the Mercy of God rest in peace. Amen
 Prayer M13: Resurrection Prayer
 Prayer M14: God's Garden
Prayer M15: Prayer of St. Francis of Assisi
Prayer M16: The Chaplet of the Divine Mercy
Most merciful Father, we commend our departed into your hands. We are filled with the sure hope, that our departed will rise again on the Last Day with all who have died in Christ. We thank you for all the good things you have given during our departed's earthly life. O Father, in your great mercy, accept our prayer that the Gates of Paradise may be opened for your servant. In our turn, may we too be comforted, by the words of faith until we greet Christ in glory, and are united with you and our departed. Through Christ our Lord, Amen.
God looked around His garden And found an empty place. He then looked down upon the earth And saw your tired face. He put his arms around you And lifted you to rest. Gods garden must be beautiful He always takes the best. He saw the road was getting rough And the hills were hard to climb, So He closed your weary eyelids And whispered "Peace be thine". It broke our hearts to lose you But you didnt go alone, For part of us went with you The day God called you home.
Lord make me an instrument of Thy Peace Where there is hatred, let me sow love. Where there is injury, pardon. Where there is doubt, faith. Where there is despair, hope. Where there is darkness, light. Where there is sadness, joy. O Divine Master; grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console; to be understood as to understand; to be loved as to love; for it is in giving that we receive, and it is in pardoning that we are pardoned, and it is dying that we are born to eternal life.
Our Father, Hail Mary, The Apostles Creed.
Then, on the OUR FATHER BEADS YOU WILL SAY THE FOLLOWING WORDS:
Eternal Father, I offer you the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Your Dearly Beloved Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world.
on the HAIL MARY BEADS you will say the following words: For the sake of His sorrowful Passion, have mercy on us and on the whole world.
In conclusion THREE TIMES you will recite these words: Holy God, Holy Mighty One, Holy Immortal One, have mercy on us and on the whole world.
Prayer M17: St. Thérèse, The Little Flower Novena
 Prayer M18: An Irish Blessing
Prayer M19: Words of Our Lady of Guadalupe
  Prayer M20: Little Butterfly
St. Thérèse, the little flower, please pick for me a rose from the heavenly garden and send it to me as a message of love. Ask God to grant me the favor I thee implore and tell him I will love him each day more and more.

(The above prayer, plus 5 Our Fathers, 5 Hail Marys 5 Glory Bes, must be said on 5 successive days, before 11 a.m. On the 5th day, the 5th set of prayers having been completed, offer one more set 5 Our Fathers, 5 Hail Marys, 5 Glory Bes)
May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face;
the rains fall soft upon your fields
and until we meet again,
may God hold you in the palm of His hand.
"LET NOT YOUR HEART BE DISTURBED
DO NOT FEAR SICKNESS, NOR ANY OTHER ANGUISH.
AM I NOT HERE, WHO AM YOUR MOTHER ?
ARE YOU NOT UNDER MY PROTECTION ?
AM I NOT YOUR HEALTH ?
ARE YOU NOT HAPPILY WITHIN MY FOLD?
WHAT ELSE DO YOU WISH ? DO NOT GRIEVE NOR BE
DISTURBED BY ANYTHING."
Oh, Little Butterfly, messenger of God When I see you in the sky, I can't help but nod. You bring respite, from grief and despair every time I see you, sailing through the air. You renew my faith in all God's wondrous plan and I know it's all in faith, not in what I understand.
 Prayer M21: The Fallen Limb
 Prayer M22: Road to Eternity
Prayer M23: We Hold You Close

A limb has fallen from the family tree. I keep hearing a voice that says, "Grieve not for me." Remember the best of times, the laughter, the love we shared. The good life I lived while I was strong. Continue my heritage, I'm counting on you. Keep smiling and surely the sun will shine through. My mind is at ease, my soul is at rest. Remembering all how I truly was blessed. Continue traditions, no matter how small. Go on with your life, don't worry about falls. I miss you all dearly, so keep up your chin. Until the day comes that we're together again!
Life is but a stopping place, A pause in what's to be, A resting place along the road, To a sweet Eternity. We all have different journeys, Different paths along the way, We all were meant to learn some things, But never meant to stay.. Our destination is a place, Far greater than we know, For some the journey's quicker, For some the journey's slow. But when the journey finally ends, We'll claim a great reward, And find an everlasting peace, Together with the Lord.
We hold you close within our hearts,
And there you shall remain.
To walk with us throughout our lives
Until we meet again.

So rest in peace dear loved one,
And thanks for all youve done.
We pray that God has given you
The crown youve truly won.

Prayer S3: Oración al Angel de la Guarda
  Prayer S4: En Memoria
