How long does it take to prepare and ship my order?
It depends on the items and quantity ordered, but we always try to accommodate your request, even if you need your order to be shipped the same day! The usual shipping time for orders without customization is 2 to 5 business days, excluding transit time. However, for a large quantity with customized work, it would be advisable to allow 4 to 6 weeks for the best handmade favors! While placing your order, feel free to enter the date you need to receive the favors by, and any other special requests. As one of our customers put it:

How can I place my order online?
Click on the picture or name of the item you want to order, and next to the "Add To Cart" button, enter the quantity you want (Under the product picture and description). If there are options below that (color for example, personalization or additional options), select your choice from the option drop-down and enter the personalized messages you want to print. Finally, click the "Add To Cart" button. On the top right of your screen, you will be shown your Shopping Cart with the quantity and price of the item(s) that you ordered. When done shopping, click on the Checkout button in the shopping cart panel or click on "View Cart" on the top navigation bar. If you would like to modify what you have ordered, you can click "View Cart Details" button. How much does the shipping cost?
The shipping cost depends on the weight and the shipping location. We are happy to provide you with an exiting new feature that allows you to calculate the shipping charges BEFORE entering any personal information. Here's how to calculate the shipping cost:

What are Tulles with Jordan Almonds?
The tulles are a variety of round satin, silk or organza netting used to hold and wrap Jordan Almonds. They are traditionally given on special parties and occasions like Weddings, New Babies, Baptisms, Christenings, Communions, etc… Our tulles are imported directly from Italy and are made of the finest material and the best quality. When you order our tulles, our professional staff artistically wraps them by hand and combines them with your favors.
What is the imprinted Name & date Ribbon?
This is a double-sided satin, Italian ribbon that you can choose names, date and a message to be printed on. . It is available in many colors and the printing can be in gold or silver lettering. We will tie it in a bow shape and attach it to your favor or tulle. For example, in case of a Baptism, you may request a ribbon with: “Joseph's Baptism” on one side and the date “May 7, 2003” with the cross symbol on the other. This ribbon will add a personal touch to your favors for an ever-lasting remembrance.
