We can include any picture, background or symbol you want at no extra charge. Just specify what you like in the 'Special Instructions' field when placing your order and email us the image you want us to print or just give us a call.

Chocolate Shipping: To ensure your satisfaction with this sensitive product, we have established specific procedures:

• If temperature is above 70 degrees, please choose 1 or 2-day shipping for chocolate. 
• To ensure protection from heat and to avoid melting during shipping, chocolates are shipped in a foam insulated cooler and ice packs.  In this case, you must order a cooler for $5.50 extra per order.  Click Here to order a cooler
• You must provide a shipping address which will enable someone to personally accept your shipment of chocolate to make sure they are received in good conditions. We are not responsible for melting if no cooler wass ordered or if no one was available to receive the shipment on time.
